At Sapporo Sacred Heart School, students are expected to express themselves and use their critical thinking. Students learn from the beginning that English is essential to help them become global leaders of the future.
Our students are always enthusiastic to try out their skills by participating in contests. For the past ten years, we have been very successful in many competitions such as the All Hokkaido Senior High School English Presentation Contest, English Forensics Competition, BYU Hawaii Japan National High School English Speech Contest, and Japan National High School English Essay Contest,
They have also won prizes in Japanese debate contests such as the All Japan Debate Tournament (junior high school and high school).
